Silent operation
Isolated transformer in UPS is a one-to-one transformer (one primary to secondary voltage ratio) and is used for protection purposes; The main protective purposes are: to prevent the transmission of alternating high voltages, to prevent the passage of DC currents in the event of lightning, to protect against accidental connection of people with cables and short circuit of cables with the body of the device. In general, the isolated transformer disconnects the direct input and output of the system and is placed between the input and output of the system, which prevents any interference in the input and output and protects the system from possible damage. In some of the provided UPS, space inside them is provided for the placement of isolation transformers; In some other UPS, the isolation transformer can be provided in a box compatible with the body of the device. Isolation transformer can be used in the main input, bypass input and output depending on the required application.
