Generally the structure of this electric switch is similar to the Multi Switch automatic switch, except that in this model, a manual bypass switch is provided for possible maintenance. The Master Switch 1P is a power switch that supplies power to loads with two separate AC power inputs to which it is connected. In fact, the loads connected to this device are powered from two sources; These two sources can be any type of alternative power such as city electricity, diesel generators, UPS, etc. If there is a problem with the main input power supply, such as a drop in voltage and frequency or a power outage, the power supply can be transferred to the second input power supply using the keys installed on the device. This switch time is so short that it does not cause any interruption in the operation of the loads.

The modular capability allows the bypass switch to operate separately and simply replace the switch with another device in the event of any malfunction without interruption to the loads power supply. Communication module slots and an RS-232 serial port make it possible to monitor the device with PowerShield3 monitoring software. Independent outlets with protection circuits protect other connected loads from any risk of damage in the event of a short circuit at any of the outlets. An emergency shut-off terminal (EPO) is mounted on the front panel that can be connected to the switchboard to cut off the output immediately if necessary. Also, three output relay contacts are provided on this device.
