Products that include warranty
All equipment provided, including UPS, Cold Acid battery, automatic switch, charger, etc., will be covered by Zener Engineering Company for at least one year from the date of purchase and repair warranty. The terms and conditions of the warranty only apply to products that have a valid warranty with the seal, signature and hologram of Zener Engineering Company and are based on the warranty terms mentioned in the warranty terms of the manufacturing companies.
Cases of device warranty cancellation
• Installation, commissioning or repairs by various people except representatives and technical experts of Zener Engineering Company
• Injuries caused by impact, falls, contact or penetration of water and chemicals, fire and heat, severe dust, lightning, natural disasters and intentional destruction
• Injuries caused by the connection of consumers and incompatible or defective equipment to the device (incompatible equipment is mentioned in the user manual)
• Blocking the ventilation path of the device due to the placement of any foreign objects
• Temperature and humidity of the installation site if they are outside the authorized range mentioned in the user manual.
• Improper use and outside the standards mentioned in the user manual
• Install the device in public and easily accessible spaces
• The serial number of the device is distorted or the serial number of the device does not match the serial number listed on the warranty card
• The warranty only applies to the device and does not include accessories and consumables.
• If, after technical inspection and testing, the company's experts find that the device is damaged outside the warranty conditions, the warranty card will be repaired and the device will be repaired only at a cost.
Battery warranty cancellation cases

• The number of times the charge and discharge are too much and outside the range set by the manufacturer
• Do not install the battery for a maximum of three months from the date of delivery to the customer
• Install batteries in public and easily accessible spaces
Product warranty time
The warranty period of the device is the period of time that the device is repaired at the expense of Zener Engineering Company in case of damage; The time limit for the warranty of the device is at least 12 months from the date of removal of the device from the warehouse of Zener Engineering Company. This period can be increased based on the agreement with the customer.

Repair warranty
In the event of unforeseen events or the impossibility of repairing and providing services, the duration of the repair warranty can be extended.
The time specified for the repair warranty is calculated from the date of the first repair; For example, if the device is returned to the service center four months after the first repair, it will not be subject to the new repair warranty after re-repair and the remaining warranty period will be two months.

In case of changing the device, the damaged device should be delivered to the service center along with the box and all its contents (interface cables, CD, brochure, user guide, etc.), otherwise their cost will be deducted from the customer's account.
