The NetAgent module enables the management and monitoring of UPSs under the 10 / 100Mb Ethernet LAN and supports major communication protocols including HTTPS, HTTP, SNMP and TELNET. This module can be used in medium and large networks and provides high-reliability monitoring between the UPS and the central management and monitoring system. The module itself can easily send device data reports and events logs via email to the destinations defined in its settings without installing any additional software. Like any other network device, the NetAgent module has an IP that can be automatically assigned from the DHCP service on the network or set manually (Static).

Web service (HTTP) that is enabled by default on this module (port 80 with the possibility of changing the port) allows the user to simply enter the IP set in the browser, the status of the UPS and all related parameters And change the module settings if necessary. This module communicates well with software in the NetAgent software package, including Netility, SNMPView, and ClientMate. The current operation status of the system and possible errors in the UPS operation are displayed to the user by displaying the relevant alarm in the browser or software. Event logs and device logs can be viewed in the same way. All configurable parameters of the module such as date and time, email service, SNMP service, network settings, activating or deactivating services, etc. are all easily configurable via the web. The NetAgent module is generally offered in two forms: Single Port and Multi Port; The Single Port model is equipped with an Ethernet port that allows communication and monitoring of UPS on the LAN; The Multi Port model also has an RJ45 port for connection to the NetFeeler II temperature and humidity sensor and two USB ports with the possibility of connecting to a GSM modem and WiFi dongle.

By setting the email server, UPS errors such as overload, high temperature, weak battery, etc. are sent by the NetAgent module to the defined destinations (8 email addresses). By setting up SMS Server, the errors will be sent to the defined destinations (8 mobile numbers) via SMS. The NetAgent module supports the SNMP protocol with versions 1 and 2; It is possible to send traps to other monitoring systems that support this protocol. The NetAgent module can send Wake on LAN signals to eight PCs or servers whose network card supports WOL. The internal firewall of this module allows you to restrict access to view the status or its settings. MIB file of this module under RFC 1628 standard can be used in other monitoring systems based on snmp.
