The Master HE UPS, with a power range of 100 to 800 kVA, offers an innovative solution for protecting critical systems, utilizing online double-conversion technology (VFI-SS-111) with an isolation transformer compliant with the IEC EN 62040-3 standard. This UPS achieves an efficiency of 95.5% in online mode and 99.4% in Standby On mode; these figures, despite the losses introduced by the isolation transformer, are comparable to the best transformer-less UPS systems available in the market. With minimal impact on input sources, an output power factor of 1, and output voltage distortion below 1% under linear loads, it is an ideal choice for data centers, telecommunication facilities, and heavy industries. The proprietary STEP-UP/STEP-DOWN technology reduces current ripple, extending the lifespan of external batteries and enhancing reliability. The Peak Shaving feature facilitates peak load management, minimizing energy costs. The Master HE is equipped with a delta zigzag output isolation transformer integrated directly into the inverter circuit, providing complete galvanic isolation between the inverter and connected equipment. This design enables the use of two completely separate inputs (main and bypass) from different power sources without requiring a neutral connection at the rectifier input. Additionally, the inverter transformer minimizes third harmonic effects, and the high short-circuit current capacity of the inverter (up to three times the nominal current) allows for rapid resolution of phase-to-neutral faults. The LCD display with a 240×128 pixel resolution clearly presents the device’s parameters and operating status. The placement of the transformer within the device frame and the positioning of cooling fans at the top reduce the footprint while providing greater flexibility in system configuration and installation in critical infrastructure. With an MTBF exceeding 250,000 hours and overload protection up to 200% for 7 seconds, the Master HE ensures stable and reliable performance for critical infrastructure.
