UPS systems and batteries are specialized equipment that require professional knowledge for proper installation and operation. Therefore:

⚠️ Installation and commissioning must be carried out by trained professionals or authorized technicians.
⚠️ All installation and usage must follow international standards and the instructions provided in the user manual.
✔️ You may consult our technical experts for free advice and guidance before installation or during use.

Warranty Coverage

Zener provides warranty coverage for equipment that experience malfunctions during the warranty period due to manufacturing defects, component failure, or normal usage.

⚠️ Warranty is only valid if the warranty card bears the official seal and signature of Zener Eng. Co.
✔️ Please store the warranty card carefully and present it when requesting service.
✔️ The standard product warranty period is 12 months from the date of dispatch from Zener’s warehouse.
✔️ Extended warranty durations may be arranged by mutual agreement.
✔️ During the warranty period, repairs will be conducted at Zener Engineering Company’s expense.
✔️ After the warranty expires, after-sales service remains available for up to 10 years from the original dispatch date.
✔️ All services provided during service period will be performed at the customer’s expense.

Warranty Void Conditions

⭕ Tampering with or removal of the serial number or any identifying information on the product or warranty card.
⭕ Installation, setup, or repair performed by unauthorized individuals other than Zener’s certified technicians.
⭕ Damage from impact, drops, water, chemicals, fire, dust, lightning, or natural disasters.
⭕ Connecting incompatible or faulty equipment or loads to the device.
⭕ Blocking the ventilation path of the device by placing any foreign objects near or on it.
⭕ Using mismatched batteries (in terms of brand, voltage, or capacity) in the same system.
⭕ Storing or operating batteries at temperatures exceeding 25°C.
⭕ Operating in temperature or humidity levels outside the manufacturer’s recommended range.
⭕ Improper use or usage outside of the manufacturer's specified standards.
⭕ Battery damage caused by excessive voltage or current, particularly when connected to non-Zener devices.
⭕ Exposure to strong vibration, mechanical stress, or magnetic/electrical fields near motors or generators.
⭕ Discharging batteries with high current or outside the range specified by the manufacturer.
⭕ Excessive charge/discharge cycles or use beyond manufacturer limits.
⭕ Failure to install batteries within three months of the delivery date.
